Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla ask for financial assistance to reduce air emissions from maritime transport

29/01/2020. Presidents of regional governments and correspondent delegations of autonomus regions and cities of Canarias, Illes Balears, Ceuta and Melilla met in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, on the 28th and 29th January at the ocasion of Summit for Mobility and Transport of Spanish peripherial territories, consider that geographical distance and discontinuity from EU single market determine their transport singularity and economic and social idesincracy.

Heads of delegations ask for financial support to reduce air emissions from maritime transport, and will be meeting next time in Melilla.
