Adem\u00e1s, entre otros trabajos, OPPE realizar\u00e1 un estudio sobre el marco normativo\u00a0vigente, para identificar las barreras que impiden el desarrollo del suministro de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica a los buques en atraque, con el objetivo de proponer soluciones relativas, entre otros, de reducir el coste de dicho suministro.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.etsii.upm.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-17 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/poweratberth.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/logo-principal-300x249.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"123\" height=\"102\" 123px) 100vw, 123px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid contribuye al proyecto con dos grupos de trabajo: la Escuela Superior T\u00e9cnica de Ingenieros Industriales (ESTII) realizar\u00e1 un estudio sobre los beneficios para el sistema el\u00e9ctrico que podr\u00edan derivarse de la conexi\u00f3n a la red general el\u00e9ctrica de los motores de los buques en puerto;\u00a0 por su parte, el Centro de Automatizaci\u00f3n y Rob\u00f3tica (CAR), tambi\u00e9n perteneciente al CSIC, llevar\u00e1 a cabo un dise\u00f1o de los elementos de manipulaci\u00f3n para la gesti\u00f3n del cable de conexi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica entre el muelle y el buque.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uca.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-23 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/poweratberth.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Universidad-de-Cadiz-234x300.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"74\" height=\"95\" motores auxiliares para generar la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica necesaria durante su estad\u00eda en puerto (por ejemplo: refrigeraci\u00f3n de contenedores a bordo, equipos de bombeo, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ulpgc.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-22 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/poweratberth.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ULPGC-300x126.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"152\" height=\"64\" cabo la valoraci\u00f3n monetaria de dichas emisiones, por el perjuicio que suponen para la salud y el medio ambiente, la poluci\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica y sonora en la zona portuaria y sus aleda\u00f1os; es decir, la\u00a0valoraci\u00f3n de las externalidades que en la actualidad se deriva del consumo de combustibles f\u00f3siles por los motores auxiliares de los buques en atraque.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.palmasport.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-13 alignleft\" o avituallandose, mediante 16 tomas dobles de 80 kW.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fredolsen.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Santa Cruz de La Palma, San Sebasti\u00e1n de la Gomera y Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, as\u00ed como a cinco ferries que hay que adaptar a la tecnolog\u00eda cold-ironing por la naviera FRED OLSEN.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.portsdebalears.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-12 alignleft\" suministro el\u00e9ctrico desde tierra en el Puerto de Palma de Mallorca, en sendos extremos del Muelle de Paraires, a los fast-ferris de la naviera BALEARIA y a los ferris convencionales de la naviera ARMAS-TRASMEDITERRANEA.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/inovalabs.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-16 alignright\" de conexi\u00f3n para el suministro de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica a los buques.
