The aim is to undertake innovative projects to decarbonise the transport and to provide port infrastructures and\u00a0making available for ships in the service of the motorways of the sea\u00a0including, where appropriate, facilities \u00a0for electricity supply at berth &#8220;shore-power&#8221;. (more info <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/transport\/themes\/sustainable\/news\/2017-11-21-eu-funding-alternative-fuel-deployment_en\">here<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"#EIPP\">Funding opened through the European Commission&#8217;s website EIPP<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eipp\/desktop\/es\/index.html\">EIPP web portal<\/a>\u00a0is promoted by the European Commission, within its Investment Plan, with the aim of increasing the visibility of investment projects in Europe and contributing to the search for private financing.<\/p>\n<p>OPS Master Plan for Spanish Ports Project would analyse the submission of grouped funding requests that include the provision of dock equipment and vessel retrofitting provided that minimum capital is secured.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"#CIEN\">Strategic projects CIEN<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Strategic Program CIEN (National Business Research Consortia) funds large industrial research and experimental development projects,\u00a0developed in effective collaboration by business groups and oriented to carry out a planned research in strategic areas of future and with potential international projection.
