Gestores de las Autoridades Portuarias confirman que la principal barrera para suministrar energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica en los atraques es precisamente la falta de adaptaci\u00f3n de los buques para poder conectarse a la red; las otras dos dificultades mayores son: la disponibilidad de potencia de la propia red el\u00e9ctrica necesaria para atender las demandas elevadas de los grandes buques como cruceros, portacontenedores o ferris, y el coste de suministro el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n<p>La encuesta lanzada durante las Jornadas de Explotaci\u00f3n celebradas los d\u00edas 19 y 20 de noviembre en la sede de la Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia, arroj\u00f3 69 votos con el siguiente resultado:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las 3 barreras m\u00e1s importantes que dificultan\/impiden desarrollo de OPS son<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Temor de navieras a quedar cautivos de un nuevo suministrador 3%<\/p>\n<p>Bonificaci\u00f3n 50 % de T-1 contraproductiva 12%<\/p>\n<p>Potencia no disponible 13%<\/p>\n<p>Buques no &#8216;OPS ready&#8217; 23%<\/p>\n<p>Resistencia del sector a adoptar nuevos procedimiento\u00a0 6%<\/p>\n<p>Resistencia de las navieras a internalizar los costes externos\u00a0 7%<\/p>\n<p>Coste del suministro el\u00e9ctrico 14%<\/p>\n<p>Utilizaci\u00f3n no intensa de las instalaciones\u00a0 7%<\/p>\n<p>Aparici\u00f3n del LNG (con bater\u00edas)\u00a0 7%<\/p>\n<p>Tramitaci\u00f3n de la instalaci\u00f3n dificultosa\u00a0 7%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suma\u00a0\u00a0 100%<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>20\/11\/2019.
